16th october 2006 monday
fry thick mee hoon
us leftover in the refrig to sfy the mee hoon. the leftover thick mee hoon i cook for fish slice soup mee hoon
garlic
onion
prawn head
chillie, fishcake, long cabbage, carrot, anything u like, can add mince ginger
fry above add water to get the stock for 5 mins, add mee hoon
strawmushroom, light sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, spring onion later.
dark sauce for colour. add spring onion, celery lastly.
