fried yam cake
60g shredded yam
130ml water
10g sauages, finely chopped
10g dried prawn, soaked, roasted and finely chopped
1tsp salt
pinch suger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
pepper
1 shallots fried till crispy
60g rice flour
1tsp topica flour
120ml water
1. combine yam, shrimp, sausage, add water and boiled for 10 mins
2. lower heat, add batter until thicken.
3. pour batter to tray and steam for 15 mins or till cook. (spoon with spoon)
planning to cruise again wonder successful or not, it a bit headaches.
japanese curry tonight, chicken breast cube, pototoes cube, carrot.
